First Five

About

Search changed shape. Most agencies are still selling the old one.

Why this exists

For twenty years, being findable meant ranking. A page won a position, someone clicked it, and the click was the outcome you paid for.

That is no longer how a large and growing share of people find a local business. They ask an assistant, and it answers with one to five names. There is no page two to climb to, no position eleven. You are named or you are not.

The work that decides which names come back is largely invisible to the industry that grew up optimising websites — because most of it does not happen on a website at all.

What we actually do

We measure whether AI engines name you, we build presence in the sources those engines read, and we report the number every month so you can see it move.

Roughly four fifths of that work sits off your site: business listings most operators have never claimed, review volume and recency, community discussion, local editorial coverage, and the structured data that lets an engine work out which business a page is even about.

Who we work with

Multi-location operators only — three or more locations, franchised, or platform-backed. Med spa and aesthetics groups, dental groups and DSOs, and recovery and wellness franchise systems.

We do not take single-location clients. Not out of snobbery: the work compounds over six to twelve months, and that timeline only makes sense for an operator with the budget and the patience to see it through. Taking a client we cannot serve well is worse than not taking them.

How we work

Every engagement opens with an audit, so both sides make the decision on evidence. Pricing is published rather than negotiated on a call. Minimum term is six months because anything shorter is theatre.

We tell you when the number does not move, and why. A report that only ever contains good news is not a report.

What we will not claim

No AI platform publishes how it selects sources. Our method rests on measured output and correlations documented across the industry — not on confirmed ranking factors, because none have been confirmed.

The field is roughly eighteen months old and the signals shift quickly. We would rather tell you that than sell you certainty we do not have.

Start with the number.

Fifty prompts, four engines, your markets. No commitment beyond the audit.
