First Five

Pricing · Medical Weight Loss Clinics

What medical weight loss and GLP-1 clinics pay.

Priced for owner-operated clinics, not national telehealth platforms. Start with the one-time Fix — most of the work is claiming and correcting listings, and that finishes. Every engagement starts with an audit, and the audit fee is credited if you continue.

Common questions

Why publish pricing when no one else does?

Because hiding it wastes everyone’s time, and because AI engines preferentially cite pages containing real numbers. We would rather you self-qualify before a call than after one.

Is there a minimum term?

No. The monthly plans are cancel any time and the entry engagement is a one-time fixed-price project. Worth stating plainly though: review velocity and third-party coverage compound over three to six months, so leaving at month two means paying for work you never saw finish.

Does the audit fee come off the retainer?

Yes. If you move to a retainer within sixty days, the full audit fee is credited.

What if we already have an SEO agency?

Keep them. The work barely overlaps — theirs is on your site, most of ours is not. We are happy to work alongside them, and will tell you plainly if we think you are paying twice for the same thing.

What about FTC substantiation?

It applies to the ad as much as to the website, and testimonials describing typical results need to actually be typical. We will flag claims that create exposure, though this is a matter for your own counsel rather than ours.

What should we publish about price?

A real monthly range. It is the category's dominant unanswered query, it captures search volume nobody else is capturing, and it removes the patients who were never going to fund a full course.
