Pricing · Med Spas

What med spas and aesthetics clinics pay.

Priced for owner-operated practices, not enterprise groups. Start with the one-time Fix — most of the work is claiming and correcting listings, and that finishes. Every engagement starts with an audit, and the audit fee is credited if you continue.

Common questions

Why publish pricing when no one else does?

Because hiding it wastes everyone’s time, and because AI engines preferentially cite pages containing real numbers. We would rather you self-qualify before a call than after one.

Is there a minimum term?

No. The monthly plans are cancel any time and the entry engagement is a one-time fixed-price project. Worth stating plainly though: review velocity and third-party coverage compound over three to six months, so leaving at month two means paying for work you never saw finish.

Does the audit fee come off the retainer?

Yes. If you move to a retainer within sixty days, the full audit fee is credited.

What if we already have an SEO agency?

Keep them. The work barely overlaps — theirs is on your site, most of ours is not. We are happy to work alongside them, and will tell you plainly if we think you are paying twice for the same thing.

We are one location. Is this worth it?

Usually yes, because the competitive set in a single metro is small and the entry engagement is a fixed-price project rather than a retainer. If the measurement shows you are already named consistently, we will tell you and stop there.

How is this different from the reputation tool we already pay for?

Reputation tools collect and display reviews. They do not tell you whether an engine names you, which sources it cited, or who it named instead. That is a different measurement and it is the one that predicts whether patients find you.
