Dental implant marketing, measured on cases.

Implants are the highest-value case in general dentistry and the most researched. The patient spends weeks comparing, asks about price before anything else, and increasingly asks an assistant rather than a search box. We measure whether you are named in that answer, then fix the sources it is built from.

The demand

What implant patients actually search

Monthly US search volume. The pattern is the point: the biggest terms after the category itself are local and about money, in that order.

Search Per month Why it matters
dental implants 450,000 the category itself
dental implants near me 110,000 local intent, $16.68 a click
full mouth dental implants 110,000 the highest-value case you take
all on 4 dental implants 90,500 procedure-specific, KD 14
affordable dental implants 40,500 price-led from the first search
dental implant cost 27,100 plus 9,900 for “how much do dental implants cost”

Semrush, US, 2026. Volumes move; the ordering has been stable.

The work

Four things that move implant enquiries

01

Answer the cost question before anyone asks you

Four of the six largest implant searches are about price — 27,100 for “dental implant cost”, 40,500 for “affordable dental implants”, 9,900 for the long form. Practices almost universally refuse to publish numbers, so an engine answers with a national average from a content farm instead. A published range, with what changes it, is the single highest-leverage page in this category.

02

Get named in the local shortlist

“Dental implants near me” is 110,000 searches a month and now resolves to one to five practices rather than a map of ten. Which five depends on Google Business Profile, Bing Places, Healthgrades and review recency — not on your website. That is the work, and it is mostly off your site.

03

Separate the procedures the way patients do

A single-tooth implant patient and an All-on-4 patient are different people with different budgets and different anxieties. “All on 4 dental implants” alone is 90,500 a month at KD 14. One implants page serves neither of them well enough to rank or to be extracted.

04

Report on consultations, not clicks

An implant case is worth a multiple of anything else in general dentistry, which makes cost per click meaningless and cost per booked consultation the only number worth reporting. That requires call tracking configured before any spend starts, because most of these patients phone.

Scope

What we do not do

We do not run your treatment coordination, write your financing offers, or promise a case count. Implant marketing sold on guaranteed cases is sold by people who have never watched a $20,000 treatment plan get declined at the consultation.

What we do is narrower and measurable: establish whether four AI engines name your practice when someone asks for an implant dentist in your city, fix the listings, reviews and published answers that decide it, and report cost per booked consultation rather than cost per click.

Implants sit inside the wider dental programme — the same method covers SEO for dentists, Google Ads and AI visibility across every procedure you offer, not just this one.

Implant marketing questions

Why is implant marketing different from general dental marketing?

Case value and research depth. An implant patient researches for weeks, asks about cost repeatedly, and is comparing three or four practices before they call. General dental marketing optimises for volume of appointments; implant marketing optimises for being present and credible across a long, price-sensitive research cycle that now runs through AI answers as well as search.

Should we publish our implant prices?

In our view yes, as a range with the variables named. Four of the six biggest implant searches are cost questions. If you do not answer them, an engine answers with a national average that is probably wrong for your market, and the patient arrives either sticker-shocked or never arrives. A published range also gives engines something specific to extract, which generic pages do not.

Do we need to rank for “dental implants” itself?

No, and you will not. That term is 450,000 searches a month at KD 82 and belongs to Colgate and WebMD. The winnable ground is local — “dental implants near me” at KD 32 — and procedure-specific, like “all on 4 dental implants” at KD 14. We work those and leave the head term alone.

Can you guarantee more implant cases?

No, and be sceptical of anyone who does. We can measure whether you are named when patients ask for an implant dentist, show you who is named instead, and report cost per booked consultation rather than cost per click. What converts a consultation into a case is your treatment coordinator, not us.

What does this cost?

The same as every other engagement — a fixed-price audit at $1,500 to establish where you stand across four engines, then $1,200 a month with no minimum term if you want the work done. Everything is published on the pricing page rather than quoted after a discovery call.
